Returns

- We will provide a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request, so you won’t have to cover return shipping costs.
- Once you receive the label, securely package the item(s) and attach the label before shipping it back to us.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process the return once we receive it.
Conditions: Items returned that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not due to our fault may not qualify for a refund. If this is the case, our team will reach out with further options.
- Return Shipping Cost: The return shipping cost is borne by NurayArts, and we will send a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request.
- Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Exchanges
We want you to have the perfect fit and style. If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

- Exchange Process:

- Indicate the item you wish to exchange and the new size or color you would like.
- We will issue a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the original item.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement at additional shipping cost equal to your original shipping cost.
- Stock Availability: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.
- Shipping Cost for Exchanges: The shipping cost of the replacement item will be equal to the original shipping cost.
