NurayArts accepts returns for defective and non-defective products, we are also willing to accept exchanges if requested by the customer according to the policy below.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days return policy to make the process as easy as possible. Here’s how it works:
1. Eligibility: Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Process: We only accept returns by mail.
- Contact us at email: support@nurayarts.com within 30 days of delivery day to initiate a return, provide order number, and actual photos of product received.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process the return request once we receive it.
- We will provide a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request, so you won’t have to cover return shipping costs.
- Once you receive the label, securely package the item(s) and attach the label before shipping it back to us.
3. Return Shipping Cost: The return shipping cost is borne by NurayArts, customers do not have to pay return shipping cost. We will send a prepaid return label via email after receiving a qualified return request. Customers need to download and print it for use.
4. Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Exchanges
We want you to have the perfect fit and style. If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size or color, provided the item is in new condition with all tags intact.
2. Exchange Process:
- Contact us at email: support@nurayarts.com within 30 days of delivery day.
- Indicate the item you wish to exchange and the new size or color you would like.
- We will issue a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the original item.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement, you do not pay shipping costs for the replacement item.
3. Stock Availability: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.
4. Shipping Cost for Exchanges: No cost.

Refunds
