At NurayArts, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please review our policy below for details on timing and eligibility.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Within 24 Hours of Payment:
- If you change your mind, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of successful payment. We will process the cancellation or modification request immediately, and you will receive a full refund if applicable.
- To cancel or modify your order within this time frame, please contact our support team at support@nurayarts.com with your order number and request details.
Outside the 24-Hour Window:
- After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations and modifications depend on the shipping status of your order.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request and provide a refund if applicable.
- If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. However, you can still initiate a return once the package arrives (please see our Return, Exchange, Refund policies for details).
